If you arrive when closed after 5 pm on a business day or when closed during the weekend: you can still retrieve your villa address and access details from the Florida Travel Network lock box located to the right of the front door of the American Sunshine Office and proceed to your villa, but will have to return the following business day to the office between 9 am & 11 am to complete the required registration for your villa. The lock box with your envelope in it says 'Florida Travel Network'. Your code to open the box is 135. Please lock the box using the same code. Inside you'll find an envelope with your name on it. The contents will include your villa address, driving directions, key retrieval and all contact numbers for the company including an after-hours emergency line available 24/7. (Villa emergencies only). If you have trouble finding the office or opening the lock box, please do not hesitate to call. Emergency line is (407) 319-7615. Keep in mind, villa, entry/check-in begins at 4 pm everyday. The envelope with your address will be placed into that box by 5 pm if your arrival date is on weekday or by 4 pm if your arrival date is on a weekend.
